QUICK PEEK
Brooks Koepka pulls out his second consecutive US Open win at Shinnecock Hills Sunday.
I'VE GOT SOME TIME
Brooks Keopka Keeps his cool in the final round of the US Open.
He ends up at one over par after all four rounds of golf. Yeah you read that right. The winner of the US Open won at one over par. That should show how difficult this course was playing this weekend. Conditions were rough and the wind speed was high.
Although the champion didn't show his nervousness, he wasn't too far in the lead.
Tommy Fleetwood was up next at 2 over par. He had an earth shattering round of 63. This tied the lowest round ever in the US Open. Jack Nicklaus being one of the players to shoot this low.
Next up was Brooks' close friend and training partner Dustin Johnson. He stayed close pushing Brooks all day until he got a bogey on 17. That ruined his chances to win.
